Intro to SUP - $45 - 1.5Hrs

An Instructional Intro to the sport of Stand Up Paddleboarding. Begin or progress your SUP skills. You will learn about the design/shape of a board and how this effects performance and stability, stretches for paddling, interesting SUP History, safety and self rescue techniques, proper technique to stand on your board, paddling technique and SO much more! An awesome way to learn a new sport and spend time on the water!

SUP Yoga - $45 - 1.5Hrs

Paddle out with us for a unique Practice! This is a wonderful on-water outdoor therapeutic experience your mind and body will thank you for! Class begins with professional paddling demo. All boards provided are of proper design and correct width/length specific to SUP Yoga and pre-rigged with leash/anchor set-up ready for dock launch. Your Instructor will lead you on a brief 10-15min paddle orientating you to the waterways and arriving at the shallow sandy-bottom deserted shoreline practice location where all boards will get anchored and you will be guided through a 30-40 min Yoga Flow with professional Instructor. You will have the opportunity to customize your experience by focusing on challenging yourself at times or rather relaxing more at times all the while listening to your Breath, Body and Being present in the moment. No prior paddling and/or Yoga experience required. Relaxing, renewing and Invigorating!

SUP w/your PUP
This is an opportunity to learn the basics of Stand Up Paddlboarding and all the awesome life-long water sport entails with the company of your furry friend! And meet other paddling dog people! Yes, this course is designed with your DOG in mind, and assumes your dog is trained in the basic command(s) of 'SIT' & 'STAY' (doesn't have to be perfect). 1 dog per board please and we require each dog to be accompanied by at least 1 adult (more welcome). We provide Professional Instruction and all equipment including a properly sized Canine Flotation Device. Leashes are required and it is suggested to please have given your dog an opportunity to use the restroom and get some energy out PRIOR to class.

SUP for the FAMILY
This is an opportunity to learn the basics of Stand Up Paddleboarding TOGETHER, as a Family Unit-Household, and meet other Paddling Families! Yes, this course is designed with your Littles in mind, encourages ALL ages and assumes a minimum of 1 adult & 1 child. AND HOPEFULLY EVERYONE STAYS AWAKE, although the water is a very soothing place to be! 1 Board per Household, you will learn together about the Sport of SUP including interesting history, how to properly 'rig-up' a board, different styles of boards & equipment, proper carrying techniques, safety considerations, paddling variations, how to properly move the board on-water and SO much more!! Such a fun way to spend time together and try out a new SPORT!

- A call/text ahead of time is always recommended or you can take your chances and swing by. All on-site Paddling routes are weather dependent.
- ALL-INCLUSIVE Rates This means we INCLUDE flotation Device, dry bag(s) if desired, Paddling DEMO, water-safety orientation to the waterways and a small changing area inside our shop. We DO NOT include HYDRATION or snacks or ice-cream treats, bring these things or BUY them on the Island from Capt'n J's Mini Golf (across the parking lot) or down the board walk at the Marina SHIP Store. Bring a towel & change of clothes, you're participating in a water-sport! We have Biff's available for restroom use. We also have sunscreen available for your use.
- Paddling the Island - We always recommend reserving a 2-HR time slot to circumnavigate the Island for the full experience! When you fully circumnavigate the Island you get to SIGN the DOOR! More on DOOR SIGNAGE below... You will paddle by the SS Meteor Whaleback Ship on the North Tip of the Island, the remote and shallow sandy bottom East shoreline of the Island where your backdrop includes the longest freshwater Sandbar and distant Duluth Hillside and unique original Twin Ports waterfront Industry. The South Tip of the Island you will get a glimpse of the unique Island Housing development and onto the largest Full Service Marina where you can gaze from a distance the many magnificent water vessels. You are offered a protected Inlet the whole West side of the Island in between the mainland and the Island itself. You will also find a nice Sandy Swimming Beach on this side that you are welcome to pull-off at but please NO water crafts in designated Swimming area. Depending on weather conditions there is usually a more favorable route around the Island and we will always bring this to your attention, happy Paddling!
- ISLAND PADDLE PASS - DOOR SIGNAGE... Our version of a Season Paddling Pass, you can 'buy-in' or earn it! $100 and you receive (5) 2-HR Rentals each month ALL SEASON LONG (only available to buy pre-season) -OR- earn it! If you go around the Island completing a full circumnavigation at our Island Rate of $25 you get to sign the door and keep tallies each time you do so. Once you have (4) tallies (a $100 investment) you have earned yourself FREE Island circumnavigations (one 2-HR Session each week, can be split into two 1-HR sessions each week) the REST of the SEASON! WELL done, and we thank you for recreating safely, responsibly and adding to our communities quality of LIFE! All free sessions are subject to availability during regular operating hours only and a call-ahead is required. THESE ARE LIMITED and will SELL-OUT, ONLY AVAILABLE to BUY PRE-SEASON (MAY 2023)

SUP SQUATCH SESSION
*Offered thru July Only* SUP SQUATCH SESSION $60 NEW for 2022 thanks to our partnership with SUPERIOR PADDLE ACADEMY! This is a 2 HR SESSION ($45 per 1-HR Session) with paddling boundaries subject to weather conditions. This board holds approx. 900lbs and we require a minimum of (2) proficient paddlers per group. GREAT for families, friends, date night and more! These sessions must be booked in advance.
Off-Site Rentals
- Always best to RESERVE ahead of time with as much advance notice as possible. When you RESERVE we need to know BOARD PREFERENCE (hardboard, inflatable, touring board, dog-friendly, kid-board, approx. weight, River-friendly, ETC) to ensure we have the appropriate equipment set aside for you to make your experience AWESOME! Also, how many boards, how you're transporting and when you'd like to pick-up your Equipment and Approx. Drop-off. This can be UNIQUE to YOUR SCHEDULE, we are EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE and operate in an intentional manner that allows us to be. It's SUMMER, we get it, planning ahead doesn't always happen. If you're wanting to grab boards SPUR of the moment we can usually accommodate.
- ALL-inclusive Rate $40 Daily, $80 Weekend or $120 Weekly
- If you're looking to rent an odd # of days, or for the whole month/Season, please INQUIRE :)
- If you are wanting to book more than (4) boards off-site we do require payment ahead of time in order to hold and reserve multiple water-crafts, and all sales are final, regardless of weather and last minute cancellations

If you would like to book a Guided Trip around the Island we invite you to take advantage of our PRIVATE/GROUP RATE. Must be scheduled ahead of time, subject to availability, up to 6 people at our on-site Guided Private/Group Rate of $150
WI Point Lighthouse - $45 - 1.5-2 Hrs
This one is tricky (getting appropriate weather conditions) but incredible when the opportunity arises! SIMPLY STUNNING! First, to just access our launch location you get to drive out on the longest Freshwater Sandbar with old growth pines towering high above the nicely paved road. Keep your eyes peeled (and drive slow) as this beach dune community and marsh open water habitat create one of the best migratory bird areas and offer great wildlife viewing! WI Point is also home to the Historical marker for a sacred Chippewa burial ground and the Superior Entry Lighthouse! We leave the sandy beach shore and you are Guided on a unique and lovely paddle experience. This Trip's Route is always based on weather conditions and cancels if not appropriate. You will find this Guided Trip occasionally offered on our schedule but we highly suggest just calling and booking! We do require a 4-person minimum -or- $180 minimum/Private.
Full Moon Paddle - $35 on-site, $45 off-site - 1.5-2Hrs
Whether it's a Pre, Post or Full Moon Paddle these Guided Trips are AMAZING! An opportunity to paddle into the setting sun and rising moon enjoying the views safely from the water! This Trip's route is always determined by weather conditions and typically offered around the Island! Occasionally, we offer off-site Full Moon Paddle's and you can always check our schedule or call to book this unique Paddle experience!

We run Custom Trips as requested and as often as possible. An intimate and unique way to experience the waterways! SO many locations to choose from! Please note our base-rate for custom trips starts at $180 and varies depending on location, number of paddler's, logistics, etc.

We are so glad you found us! And we can't wait to share our love for paddling with the NEXT GENERATION! When Kids paddle with us they learn SO MUCH more than how to stand up paddleboard. They are immediately taught many water safety skills like personal flotation device use, appropriate equipment use, safe docking/launching etiquette, navigational on-water skills, changing currents and weather conditions, and so much more!

Evening Sessions on the Island
Evening Sessions are an amazing way to take in the beautiful surroundings, Sunset and enjoy a unique on-water experience. These must be booked ahead of time by simply texting or calling and are offered daily, AS AVAILABLE.
- Paddling the Island 6pm-8pm OR 7pm-9pm $25 All inclusive rate, the 7pm Session, our self-Guided Light'SUP Tour, includes a Solar Light on-board
- Paddling Off-Site - Occasionally we offer Evening Sessions at other locations 6:30pm-8:30pm $35 All inclusive rate, includes a Solar Light on-board
Paddle parties
- Any reason is a good reason for an ON-WATER Paddle Party!
- YOUTH Parties are an ALL-inclusive Rate of $100/HR and this includes up to 10 boards and an on-water Instructor, if desired, at no additional cost.
- ADULT Parties (aka GROUP Rate) are an ALL-inclusive Rate of $15/ 1-HOUR or $25/ 2-HOURS (recommended) /PERSON/BOARD (enough time to go around the Island if desired) and we take care of the PLANNER's BOARD - we know how hard it is to PLAN and we THANK YOU for it by not charging you, "the planner". PLAN AWAY! An on-water Guide is NOT included.

We typically have paddles, leashes, fins, fin screws & keys, tie-down straps, bungee para-cord, dry bags, and other random SUP-specific things on hand for sale but if you're making a special trip we always recommend calling first! And if we don't have it we can usually order it in quickly as we work directly with all of our companies!
